The current technology stack is obsolete. Kiakoe wa developped in Drupal 7 which has reached its end of life.
My proposition is to have an upgrade path as follows:
- we use a REST plugin allowing the current Drupal core to provide web services
- we redevelop the front end using a modern front end technology such as React
