a few issues raised but i am unsure if it is because it has not had all my data removed, also i wonder if the registration email should include login name (which people are prone to forget) so that if they have forgotten, then through an email search they can find their login, and if they have forgotten their password, they can go through the questions

Suggest a value is the wrong name/word selection, but should be more clear - perhaps with a faint yellow background for all compulsory fields, not only here but everywhere which people will more intuitively understand

Also for the security questions, i think there is very high value to have a question put forward by the member themselves eg  

Your own Question: "Who was the first girl you ever kissed"
