The above subject attracted two warnings about duplication; (1) the words "must be", and (2) the words "process..." and "...be" (even though they are separated by three other words.
This is not the idea at all. Imagine if we had 300 ideas in a KKIMS and not just 6 ot 7 - the screen would fill up with hundreds of warnings. Can we apply some logic, please?

The options of Neutral, and do not support, will mean that you are not able to Rank this policy, however, those choices, will all stand as negative votes at policy level, and a policy must have 60% support overall, to have the ability to remain on the Policy List
